CAD/CAE Access Program

The IEEE HART Initiative’s CAD/CAE Access Program is an online platform for students, with access to hardware design tools and guided measurements, along with educational materials and tutorials. CAD/CAE/AI tools are foundational for advancing hardware development in global engineering education, innovation, and practice.

Examples of these types of tools include: ADS, CST, HFSS, and FEKO, among others, to study antenna behavior, component frequency response, and system-level effects.
