CAD/CAE Access Program

The IEEE HART Initiative’s CAD/CAE Access Program is an online platform for students and professionals, with access to hardware simulation and design tools and guided measurements, along with educational materials and tutorials. CAD/CAE/AI tools are foundational for advancing hardware development in global engineering education, innovation, and practice.

Our theme is Synergy of Hardware, Software, and AI: HD-SW-AI Integration. Hardware development, practice, and education cannot be done in isolation, hence integration and synergistic use of HD, SW, & AI are key for effective designs, prototyping, fabrication, and applications.

HART CAD/CAE Tools initiative is especially effective when coupled with HART Lab-in-a-Box and HART Competition initiatives.
